I have been training harder than normal with no ill effects. Last month I did a total of 63 hours training plus 60 hours work each week working in London. This is the most I have done for probably 6 years. My recovery seems to be better than I would have expected.
This is my 25th season in Triathlon and although I have trained much more per week in the past age is finally catching up with me.
I find the Formula One Nutritional shake and Formula Three particularly helpful after training. Taste good and actually do some good. Makes a change from all the products out there.
